MATERIALS

Feature: 1 strip 2½˝ × width of fabric, plus 1 square 4½˝ × 4½˝ for the diamond if you are using directional fabric

Background (white): 1 strip 2½˝ × width of fabric

CUTTING

For step-by-step cutting instructions, see 60° Triangle Basics, 60° Trapezoid Basics, and 60° Diamond Basics. Remember, if you are using a straight ruler to cut the triangles, start with a strip ¼˝ wider than the size listed. You may need more strips for cutting directional fabrics or fussy cutting.
